EMpower STRENGTH

Empower strength is a 30 minute workout that will sculpt, lift and strengthen your body with low impact exercises.

45 minute low impact high energy endurance workout that combines ballet inspired movements with flexibility, strength and balance. This class will  get your heart rate up by pulsing, lifting and grooving to the music.
